How it works?
Once we have your requirements, we review our database to see which candidates are currently looking for alternative employment, and have the experience and qualities you need.
If no ideal match is found, we will embark on advertising for the position you wish to fill. In parallel to advertising we will notify all our registered physicians, fulfilling your criteria, of the opportunity. We email only those physicians who have granted permission to be notified of upcoming appointments.
What does it cost?
Our fees are based on a percentage of the starting remuneration package for the appointed candidate. No fees are charged for interviewing or introducing candidates.
If advertising is required, on behalf of a client, these however are chargeable, but at a subsidised rate. For a full list of our terms and conditions please contact us.
